The present article is oriented to give news of that text and to expose its structure, the formal, critical, and aesthetic conditions that were promoted in an early period of Vallejo’s studies. La obra, así como la vida de César Vallejo, ha sido abordada críticamente a lo largo de cien años. Y en ese recorrido cronológico, la tesis Temática de Vallejo (1945), de Enrique Azálgara Ballón, fue relegada del acervo bibliográfico y de los estudios críticos de la poesía de Vallejo. El presente artículo se orienta a dar noticia de ese texto y exponer su estructura, las condiciones formales, críticas y estéticas que se promovieron en un período temprano de los estudios vallejianos.
