This article addresses the criterion of translation as a discourse simultaneous to the processes of literary creation. In this sense, we take into consideration Walter Benjamin’s concept of «aura», the category of transcreation, and the context of the Peruvian avant-garde and how this was profiled through the poet Alberto Hidalgo (1897- 1967). Likewise, we use as an object of reading his work Arenga lírica al emperador de Alemania (1916), the Peruvian writer’s first collection of poems.

The work, as well as the life of César Vallejo, has been critically approached throughout one hundred years. And in this chronological journey, Enrique Azálgara Ballón’s thesis Temática de Vallejo (1945) was relegated from the bibliographic collection and critical studies of Vallejo’s poetry. The present article is oriented to give news of that text and to expose its structure, the formal, critical, and aesthetic conditions that were promoted in an early period of Vallejo’s studies.

This article will address the concept of the «accusmatic voice» in the production of meaning in poems and intertextuality as a rewriting device. Relevance is given to a reflexive purpose of these topics that are permanent marks in the western lyric tradition and especially in the contemporary poetic register.

La presente investigación tiene por objeto conocer la percepción y determinar, además, el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los docentes de la Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa sobre la Ley Universitaria 30220. Corresponde un trabajo de campo y su nivel es exploratorio y descriptivo. Las variables que hemos empleado se han materializado mediante la técnica de la encuesta; y, como instrumento se ha utilizado el cuestionario. Estos nos han permitido establecer el nivel de diálogo que se ha generado ante la aplicación de la Ley Universitaria 30220, la cual pretende cambios sustanciales en la educación superior del país.
