The enforcement does not seem to work, because the consequences of the digitization, the lack of support and the dematerialization of protected contents have not been understood.Although in the field of patents there is a progressive movement to the flexibilization of the system, the same has not happened in copyright, thus hindering the development of new business models.La progresiva pero imparable implementación de la Sociedad de la Información ha llevado a una serie de cambios en la manera en que los individuos entienden la actividad creadora y el valor de la propiedad intelectual.No obstante, el sistema de propiedad intelectual, sobre todo en el caso de los derechos de autor, no ha sabido adaptarse a estos nuevos cambios, buscando endurecer las normas de sanción.
