However, we know that not all of us have the necessary means to cover these costs, or if having this possibility, it is onerous to acquire a property to use it only for certain periods of the year, leaving most of the time unoccupied and carrying expenses at all times. maintenance and upkeep. For this reason, the importance of this system is reinforced by the fact that it is not only aimed at minorities with greater economic resources, but above all, this legal figure has been created with all social classes in mind, due to its affordable acquisition costs, allowing those interested in their moments of free disposition, to access vacation tourism through timeshare. Universidad Ricardo Palma, Rectorado2011-10-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/5617Ius Inkarri; Vol. 1 Núm. 1 (2012); 187-2002519-72742410-593710.31381/iusinkarri.vn1reponame:Revistas - Universidad Ricardo Palmainstname:Universidad Ricardo Palmainstacron:URPspahttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/5617/7744Derechos de autor 2011 Milushka Rojas Ulloahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:oai.revistas.urp.edu.pe:article/56172024-01-27T04:16:50Z
