Lawyers and judges in the Peruvian narrative” (2007) must be revisited to understand the origin of the vocation of the legal historian within his family constellation; as well as the merit of his academic and human contributions in the consolidation of the happy couple: law and literature.La obra de Carlos Ramos Núñez se caracteriza por haber entrelazado con destreza la historia, el derecho y la literatura, por ello, sus contribuciones a la disciplina del Derecho & Literatura desde su impulso para la difusión de estos estudios por medio de la Revista Peruana de Derecho y Literatura y la publicación del emblemático libro “La pluma y la ley.
