The work of Carlos Ramos Núñez is characterized by having intertwined history, law and literature, therefore, his contributions to the discipline of Law & Literature from his drive for the dissemination of these studies through the Peruvian Journal of Law and Literature and the publication of the emblematic book “The quill and the law. Lawyers and judges in the Peruvian narrative” (2007) must be revisited to understand the origin of the vocation of the legal historian within his family constellation; as well as the merit of his academic and human contributions in the consolidation of the happy couple: law and literature.

Starting from the anthology «Judges in the Chilean Literature» (2006) by the writer Aristóteles España, the question arises as to whether it is possible to build a model of «literary judge» within the Latin American context, to then examine the legal imagination and personal narratives in the literature of Chilean judges, making a comparison with the Peruvian judge and poet Enrique López Albújar,  and concluding with the proposal of a judicial poetics based on alterity.

The book History of cronopios and famas by Julio Cortazar was written to fight against the pragmatism, the pre made and the solemnity, characteristics than more than once identified  the Judicial Power. Making a metaphorical analysis applied to the law, the flaws, prejudices and rigor of the role of magistrates are exposed, making a contrast of the so-called cronopios judges and fama judges within a judicial panorama.

La presente tesis estudia la naturaleza del delito de Robo Agravado en medios de transporte terrestre de pasajeros en el Perú, pero nutriéndose de la experiencia comparada en materia de política criminal aplicada en países como Venezuela, Argentina, México y Colombia. Asimismo se han identificado los casos a nivel de la jurisprudencia nacional y local, con énfasis en las modalidades delictuales, perfiles de sentenciados y víctimas de esta clase de delito en la provincia de Arequipa durante el período 2008-2016.
