In this case, we speak of an Inmotic System of the Internet of Things, a Place of a Service, a Presence of a System, an Intelligent Building or an Intelligent Building, which has the objective of the integrated and automated management of almost all the functionalities of a building such as electricity, lighting, air conditioning, etc. It is also an Internet of Things system for the connectivity and the management of the devices for the control of the intensity of the luminosity according to the movement and the level of natural light in an environment, acting autonomously or controlled from a web application This means a reduction of 40% in the energy expenditure in the luminaire, which meets one of the criteria of an intelligent building.Una buena gestión del consumo de energía en luminaria está sujeta a la aplicación de técnicas o tecnologías que ayuden a automatizar su uso de manera más efectiva. En este caso hablamos de un Sistema Inmótico de Internet de las Cosas, que da lugar a un concepto que está tomando presencia en la mayoría de los edificios modernos, Smart Building o Edificio Inteligente, que tiene como objetivo la gestión integrada y automatizada de casi todas las funcionalidades de un edificio como electricidad, iluminación, climatización, etc. Es por ello que se desarrolló un Sistema de Internet de las Cosas para la conectividad y gestión de dispositivos inteligentes capaces de controlar la intensidad de luminosidad de acuerdo al movimiento y el nivel de luz natural en un ambiente, actuando de manera autónoma o controlada desde una aplicación web.
