Joint and several liability for labour obligations in employer groups, doctrine and jurisprudence; the peruvian caseLa responsabilidad solidaria de las obligaciones laborales en los grupos empresarios, doctrina y jurisprudencia: El caso peruanoValdivia Corzo, María GraciaTechnological changes, scale production and productive decentralization entail new forms of cooperation and coordination between capital and labor, but at the same time imply new social realities on which the law must operate, in this case the transformation of the figure of the employer is affected and therefore the way in which labor obligations are configured, the present work aims to analyze the national form in which this phenomenon is presented through the joint and several liability of the economic groups, the present research is of a correlational-explanatory type and scope, the bases of the analysis are normative, doctrinal, jurisprudential and documentary, likewise the instrument used consisted of a questionnaire with structured questions addressed to 52 lawyers specialized in labor law.Las transformaciones en la forma de organizar el trabajo han traído aparejados cambios en la forma en que se produce y se reproduce la sociedad. Los cambios tecnológicos, la producción a escala y la descentralización productiva conllevan nuevas formas de cooperación y coordinación entre el capital y el trabajo, pero, a su vez, implican nuevas realidades sociales sobre las cuales el derecho debe operar. En este caso, la transformación de la propia figura del empleador se ve afectada, y, por lo tanto, la forma en que las obligaciones laborales se configuran. El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la forma nacional en que este fenómeno se presenta a través de la responsabilidad solidaria de los grupos económicos. La presente investigación es de tipo y alcance correlacional-explicativa, las bases del análisis son normativas, doctrinarias, jurisprudenciales y documentales. Para llevar a cabo la corroboración de los objetivos planteados, se ha utilizado la técnica de la encuesta, situada dentro de la metodología cuantitativa. La técnica escogida presenta un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas, dirigido a 52 abogados especialistas en derecho laboral.
