In this regard, the Information System on Educational Trends in Latin America (SITEAL) (2022) issued a report mentioning that the region is implementing a process of integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational systems of each country, which evidences the impact of technologies in the educational sector.El uso de las tecnologías ha adquirido importancia en diferentes ámbitos de la vida. Los estudios realizados evidencian el impacto del desarrollo tecnológico en la educación superior, convirtién- dose en una herramienta que ayuda a la enseñanza y el aprendizaje (Arellanos-Carrión, 2023; Nivela-Cornejo et al., 2021). En este sentido, el Sistema de Información de Tendencias Educativas en América Latina (SITEAL) (2022) emitió un informe en donde se menciona que en la región se está implementando un proceso de integración de tecnologías de la información y la comunica- ción (TIC) en los sistemas educativos de cada país, lo que evidencia el impacto de las tecnologías en el sector educativo.O uso de tecnologias tornou-se importante em diferentes áreas da vida.
