Tothe respective results they were applied the statistical test of Kappa to see the existence of agreement inwhat concerns to the skeletal relationship, among the analyses by means of their evaluation scale, besidescomparative charts. The results showed a level of low agreement among Steiner - Kim (Kappa: 0,283)Steiner - Projection USP (Kappa: 0,341) Kim-USP (Kappa: 0,277). The biggest coincidence one observesbetween the cephalograms of Steiner and Projection USP and the minor between Kim and USP.El objetivo del presente trabajo fue comparar la relación esquelética sagital aplicando los cefalogramas de Kim, Steiner y proyección USP. Se realizó el estudio en 100 placas radiográficas de pacientes sin crecimiento, con edades entres 18 a 30 años de ambos géneros; que asistieron a la Clínica de Ortodoncia de la Unidad de Post Grado de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos entre los años 2005-2010. A los respectivos resultados se les aplicó la prueba estadística de Kappa para ver la existencia de concordancia en lo que respecta a la relación esquelética, entre los análisis. Los resultados mostraron un nivel de concordancia estadísticamente significativo, pero bajo: entre Steiner - Proyección USP (Kappa: 0,341), Steiner - Kim (Kappa: 0,283) y Kim-USP (Kappa: 0,277).
