As main conclusion, is outlined the crucial need to incorporate this discipline into the university´s curricula as a basic element in the integral education. In this way we will provide an education in values that inculcates a culture of respect for life into all of the aspects of action of its students and thereby in all of their relations with the environment.El objetivo fundamental del presente artículo es indagar con mayor profundidad en las investigaciones realizadas en torno a la bioética, disciplina científica que se ocupa de los problemas éticos vinculados con la vida y el medio ambiente. Se ahonda exactamente en su significancia, alcances, su relación con la responsabilidad social en la gestión empresarial y la importancia de su aplicación en la formación de las futuras generaciones de profesionales.
