Therefore it was necessary to apply a methodology of process improvement, based on tools and statistical thinking, being the Six Sigma methodology and its phases (Define, measure, analyze, improve and Control) the best adapted to the case study. After applying the first three phases of this methodology and to be a non-experimental research is determined that the quality improved and productivity also increased, taking a positive economic impact.Los problemas en el presente trabajo de investigación eran el reproceso y reclamos por demora; ocasionando baja calidad, el cual podía estar afectando a la productividad. Por lo cual era necesario aplicar una metodología de mejora de procesos, basado en herramientas y pensamiento estadístico, siendo la Metodología Seis Sigma y sus fases (Definir, Medir, Analizar, Mejorar y Controlar) la que mejor se adaptaba al caso de estudio.
