After applying the first three phases of this methodology and to be a non-experimental research is determined that the quality improved and productivity also increased, taking a positive economic impact.Los problemas en el presente trabajo de investigación eran el reproceso y reclamos por demora; ocasionando baja calidad, el cual podía estar afectando a la productividad. Por lo cual era necesario aplicar una metodología de mejora de procesos, basado en herramientas y pensamiento estadístico, siendo la Metodología Seis Sigma y sus fases (Definir, Medir, Analizar, Mejorar y Controlar) la que mejor se adaptaba al caso de estudio.
