I commented on this previous note allows us to establish that: The so called "Fever Tingo Maria" is Histoplasmosis. The incubation period is about three weeks, the contamination was mechanism Aerogeno respiratory location in all cases. Systemic manifestations precede radiological images. None of the cases had the deadly serious nature which states, by exception, in certain foreign observations. Complete resorption of the pulmonary process with complete disappearance of pathological X-ray image is clear; this constitutes a third different chronic with clinically calcification sequel to the two described in the literature, and fulminant. This third way might be called sub​​-acute. The recovery of patients does not seem to be related to the therapeutic regime, which is not possible to make any deduction because the pre-antibiotic era cases, the outcome was equal to that of the latter group, mostly treated with broad-spectrum drug. Investigations are continuing to determine the extent of epidemiological clinical areas with the corresponding controls.
