A key to identification of Pacific species is given. We report a diagnostic feature with taxonomic remarks of these species. Updated information on the distribution, biology, and fisheries of each species also is discussed.En el presente trabajo las especies del género LolligunculaSteentrup, 1881 (Cephalopoda: Loliginidae) en el Océano Pacífico Sudeste son revisados. La presencia de Lolliguncula (Lolliguncula) panamensis Berry, 1911, Lolliguncula (Loliolopsis) diomedeaeHoyle, 1911 y Lolliguncula (Lolliguncula) argusBrakoniecki & Roper, 1985 son confirmados desde aguas Mexicanas hasta Perú y la especie Lolliguncula (Lolliguncula) arguscolectados durante el crucero R/V Anton Bruunde 1966 frente a la costa de América del Sur se registra por primera vez en aguas peruanas. Una clave para la identificación de las especies del Pacífico es proporcionada. Se presenta los caracteres de diagnóstico con las observaciones taxonómicas de estas especies.
