When it was applied statistical independence test Chi - Square, which allowed testing of the assumptions made . The data were collected through a ' Graduate Survey " administered by the School Academic and Professional Accounting in the year 2012 , a period in which have registered three groups of respondents making a population of 203 graduates. A generic way is concluded that the presence of women in the accounting career is higher ( 65 %) compared to males ( 35%) and that the rate of employability of graduates (91% ) is quite high.El análisis que presenta este artículo, con enfoque cuantitativo, es descriptivo-explicativo por que analiza la relación entre variables de niveles de satisfacción de los egresados de la Facultad de Ciencias Contables de nuestra Universidad –a partir del sexo y experiencia laboral- con respecto a la formación profesional, desempeño y condiciones laborales actuales. Al que se aplicó la prueba estadística de independencia Chi-Cuadrado, la cual permitió la comprobación de las hipótesis formuladas. Los datos obtenidos se recolectaron a través una “Encuesta del Egresado “aplicada por la Escuela Académico-Profesional de Contabilidad en el transcurso del año 2012, periodo en que se tienen registrados tres grupos de encuestados que hacen una población de 203 egresados.
