Es un asunto siempre postergado y escamoteado, pues denota el abuso político de todos los gobiernos. Se soslaya especialmente cada vez que "se pone el dedo en la llaga", cuando finalmente se trata de alcanzar el diálogo justo y humano con el gobierno y sus autoridades pertinentes.O tema que escolhemos torna inevitável dar atenção especial a um problema sério que assola o país há séculos. Trata-se de uma questão que sempre foi negligenciada e ignorada, pois denota o abuso político de todos os governos.
