After processing the data, a p-value = 0.000 was determined, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between internal communication and organizational commitment; and a Rho Spearman = 0.586, which indicates that the relationship is considerable positive between the variables studied, in this study it was concluded that, when making efforts to improve internal communication, this action will proportionally influence organizational commitment of collaborators.En el presente artículo se planteó como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la comunicación interna y el compromiso organizacional en los colaboradores de una empresa de consumo masivo en el nororiente peruano; en este estudio participaron 135 colaboradores de la empresa, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de datos, se hizo uso de las Escalas de Comunicación Interna y Compromiso Organizacional, estos instrumentos fueron sometidos al análisis de fiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach, para ambos instrumentos se obtuvieron como resultados coeficientes los que demuestran fiabilidad (0.906 y 0.769); cabe indicar que en este estudio se hizo uso de una metodología para una investigación de tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo-correlacional, con diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal.
