El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de aprendizaje y la autoeficacia emprendedora, en los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Peruana Unión Filial Tarapoto, 2017. Esta investigación es de tipo correlacional y su diseño es no experimental, de corte transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 309 estudiantes, a quienes se aplicó el instrumento de medición de los estilos de aprendizaje propuesta por Honey y Alonso (1986), con escala de Likert y presenta las siguientes dimensiones: estilo activo con 10 ítems, estilo reflexivo con 11 ítems, estilo teórico con 9 ítems y estilo pragmático con 10 ítems. In this article, the main objective was to determine the relationship between internal communication and organizational commitment in the collaborators of a mass consumption company in northeastern Peru; 135 employees of the company participated in this study, to whom a survey was applied as a data collection instrument, the Internal Communication and Organizational Commitment Scales were used, these instruments were subjected to Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis, to both instruments were obtained as results coefficients that demonstrate reliability (0.906 and 0.769); It should be noted that this study used a methodology for basic research, with a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational level, with a cross-sectional non-experimental research design.
