This distribution is very important for the company because it allows it to optimize its passenger service system, with more staff during the minutes when there are more passengers, and less staff otherwise.El presente trabajo muestra la simulación del sistema de atención de pasajeros de una aerolínea en el aeropuerto internacional Jorge Chávez para un turno de atención específico. Esto se logra mediante la construcción de un modelo basado en la teoría de los procesos estocásticos y la teoría de los procesos estocásticos y la teoría de la confiabilidad. Además, utilizando dicho ofrece como aplicación seleccionado.
