En un primer momento se define el Estudio de Casos diferenciando el “Caso Único” de “Casos Múltiples”, se describen las etapas del método, se indican los roles que puede jugar el investigador y se señalan las principales ventajas y desventajas de este formato investigativo. Finaliza este artículo desarrollando un ejemplo ilustrativo de un Estudio de Caso concreto, abordado a través de entrevistas en profundidad.
