Women will be the guarantors of the correct development in the public space of the republican agents, since they will be guided by civic virtues based on Christian values. We will show that Zoila Aurora Cáceres and Dora Mayer are relevant for having thought and expressed such importance of the female role in their writings. Our exhibition highlights the imprint that his reflection had on the formation of our common ideas about citizenship in Peru and Latin America.El trabajo indaga un perfil de ciudadanía que se sitúa dentro de un espectro conceptual que denominamos republicanismo femenino, el cual expresó reclamos de igualdad, justicia y derechos de la mujer. Dicha corriente gira en torno al rol femenino promotor de valores cívicos en los ciudadanos de la república, la que posee rasgos orgánicos - como cuerpo social. Las mujeres serán las garantes del correcto desenvolvimiento en el espacio público de los agentes republicanos -pues se guiarán por virtudes cívicas sustentadas en los valores cristianos. En el presente ensayo, se demostrará que Zoila Aurora Cáceres y Dora Mayer son relevantes por haber pensado y expresado tal importancia del rol femenino en sus escritos.
