The work investigates a profile of citizenship that is situated within a conceptual spectrum that we call female republicanism. Which expressed demands for equality, justice and women's rights. It revolves around the female role as promoter of civicvalues in the citizens of the republic. The one with organic features - as a social body. Women will be the guarantors of the correct development in the public space of the republican agents, since they will be guided by civic virtues based on Christian values. We will show that Zoila Aurora Cáceres and Dora Mayer are relevant for having thought and expressed such importance of the female role in their writings. Our exhibition highlights the imprint that his reflection had on the formation of our common ideas about citizenship in Peru and Latin America.

Este trabajo de investigación histórica de los orígenes de las ideas científicas modernas en el Perú, está basado en fuentes textuales originales de los siglos XVII y XVIII; además traduce un texto originalmente publicado en latín. Finalmente, analiza e interpreta las condiciones contextuales en las que se produjeron las primeras obras científicas en el Perú colonial de los llamados Cosmógrafos Mayores del Reino y catedráticos de prima de matemáticas de la Universidad de San Marcos. Lo cual en cierta manera, sugiere la elaboración de una interpretación alternativa a la ofrecida hasta ahora de tales obras.

Aborda la problemática relacionada con la gestación y constitución de la dinámica científica en el Perú. Pese a que existen buenos trabajos historiográficos al respecto, el abordaje filosófico de la herencia textual elaborada por los propios integrantes de la comunidad científica peruana no ha sido la prioridad, tanto en el caso de las investigaciones clásicas como de las más recientes. Por ello, este trabajo tiene la pretensión de ser un aporte en esa dirección. Así, se estudia la conceptualización filosófica elaborada por don Cosme Bueno, cosmógrafo del Virreinato Peruano del siglo XVIII. Se realiza un análisis de sus conocidas disertaciones, específicamente una que se titula Sobre el Antojo de las Mujeres Preñadas.
