On the other hand, it addresses the problems in the criminal system, especially the peruvian, and the proclivity to mitigate or exempt criminal sanctions to certain kinds of behaviors derived from psychic disorders.El presente artículo, brinda un panorama sobre el funcionamiento de los trastornos mentales, tratando de comprender su sintomatología y origen, tomando especial interés por los cuadros histéricos. A su vez, analizando a la luz de los tiempos modernos el desarrollo que ha experimentado algunos trastornos de la mente como las neurosis.
