Third, ithighlights the challenges of law in the current scenario, emphasizing interdisciplinarity, the review of research methodology and finally the role of law schools regarding the efficiency of justice in Peru.Este artículo abarca tres partes: la primera, algunas propuestas epistemológicas acerca de las teorías con énfasis en la teoría del derecho, teniendo en cuenta su estructura y los roles que cumple, principalmente respecto de la investigación. La segunda, incluye algunas precisiones acerca de la ontología de las normas jurídicas compatible con la epistemología.
