The impact in the integral health of those professionals, would bring unfavorable implications in the following: work performance, in interpersonal relations in general and in quality of the attention to the victims of violence that come in search of their services, even more, they have tools, strategies and necessary supports in order to perform an effective task. Besides to protect themselves. Considering those aspects in the present article, develops the nature of the concepts: burnout syndrome, healthy work environment and self-care to finally describe some strategies for the creation, implementation and assessment of preventive programs of the SAP.Los y las profesionales que brindan atención a personas afectadas por violencia de género, al estar en contacto con el sufrimiento humano de manera continua y cotidiana, se encuentran en riesgo de ser afectadas por el síndrome de agotamiento profesional y problemáticas relacionadas, como la traumatización vicaria y la movilización de las propias historias de violencia. Las repercusiones en la salud integral de estos profesionales, traería implicancias desfavorables en su desempeño laboral, en sus relaciones interpersonales en general y en la calidad de la atención a las víctimas de violencia que acuden en busca de sus servicios, más aún, sino cuentan con herramientas, estrategias y apoyos necesarios para realizar una labor efectiva y a la vez para protegerse.
