In this perspective it becomes clear the condition of human nature, from its ontological root, which gave rise to and foundation for Universal Human Rights, leaving certain relativistic, subjectivist and even reductionist approaches that do not respond to the vision integral of the person.En el presente artículo se pone en evidencia el aspecto humanístico de los derechos humanos dentro de un mundo globalizado, y particularmente en las políticas gubernamentales, que ha descuidado la importancia que revisten los derechos humanos para la superación de muchos aspectos conflictivos de nuestra sociedad.
