The technique used was the survey and as instruments, two questionnaires. Results: Of the 100% (65) of the health professional who worked at the ACLAS Pillco Marca, Huánuco, during the period from October to December in 2018; 63.1% affirm that if transformational leadership is practiced, of which 56.9% are satisfied with the work they have been doing; However, 36.9% state that transformational Leadership is not practiced, 27.7% are dissatisfied. Considering that the study variable is ordinal, the Chi2 test statistic was chosen, with 1 degree of freedom and 5% of alpha error. The calculated Chi2 was 10,050, (p = 0.000; <0.05), the phi coefficient was = 0.830 (> 0.08), determining a high positive relationship. Conclusion: The general research hypothesis is accepted. Hi: The transformational leadership is significantly related to the job satisfaction of the ACLAS Pillco Marca health professional.El propósito del estudio fue determinar el tipo de relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de salud del ACLAS Pillco Marca, Huánuco-2018. Metodología: El Nivel de investigación fue relacional, prospectivo, observacional, transversal y analítico. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 65 profesionales de salud. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos, dos cuestionarios. Resultados: Del 100% (65) del profesional de salud que laboró en el ACLAS Pillco Marca, Huánuco, durante el periodo de octubre a diciembre en el año 2018; el 63.1% afirma que si se practica el Liderazgo transformacional, de los cuales el 56.9% están satisfechos con el trabajo que vienen desempeñando; sin embargo, el 36.9% manifiestan que no se practica el Liderazgo transformacional, un 27.7% se encuentran insatisfechos. Considerando que la variable de estudio es ordinal se escogió el estadístico de prueba Chi2, con 1 grado libertad y 5% de error alfa. El Chi2 calculado fue 10,050, (p=0,000; <0.05), el coeficiente de phi fue =0,830 (>0,08), determinando una relación positiva alta. Conclusión: Se acepta la hipótesis general de investigación.
