Adopting a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational design, the study incorporated 320 administrative workers belonging to the aforementioned regional government. The ICT Usability Questionnaire was applied along with the Meyer and Allen Organizational Commitment Scale. The results revealed a direct and highly significant connection (rho = .511, p < .01) between ICT usability and organizational commitment.
