Avant - garde police complex as a strengthening element of citizen security of the district of Huanuco 2024

The objective of this research was the optimization of citizen security through the proposal of an innovative police complex in the district of Huánuco and to provide the population with a quality service in compliance with current regulations in its design. The methodologies used are: a documentary methodology that involves the literary review of authors to collect background information and relevant information. Also a field research methodology, which consisted of conducting a survey of the inhabitants in order to identify specific needs and activities with respect to citizen security. In conclusion, the relevance of this research highlights the design avant-garde for this type of building, complying with the regulations that govern it and promotes the concept of avant-garde architecture that is based on the definition of several authors and is linked to energy efficiency, use of new materials, architectural aesthetics and sustainability, these as the importance of develop design ideas that not only solve problems, but anticipate them. It also proposes the use of natural ventilation to contribute to energy efficiency. And since it is avant-garde, it is recommended to update yourself on architectural and security trends to incorporate innovations into the complex.
