The objective of this research was the optimization of citizen security through the proposal of an innovative police complex in the district of Huánuco and to provide the population with a quality service in compliance with current regulations in its design. The methodologies used are: a documentary methodology that involves the literary review of authors to collect background information and relevant information. Also a field research methodology, which consisted of conducting a survey of the inhabitants in order to identify specific needs and activities with respect to citizen security.
