The Huagapo grotto located in Palcamayo, Tarma, Junín region - Peru, at 3572 m.a.s.l. It was traveled up to 2800 meters deep, for tourist use it is traveled 212 meters (dry route). The work is based on the tourist carrying capacity calculated with the Cifuentes methodology and improved with the CATUM multicriteria tourist reception calculation, finding the physical carrying capacity CCF, the correction factors Fc, real carrying capacity CCR, management capacity CM and effective carrying capacity CCE or called tourist carrying capacity CCT, CATUM methodology for weighting correction factors with multicriteria analysis and the 3S methodology at three levels. The results were: CCF= 2692 visits; Fc= 0.324002; CCR=1323, CCE-Cifuentes= 483 visitors, CATUM=732 visitors per day, with a difference of 249 visitors between both methodologies. It is concluded that the CATUM methodology serves to perform an integral analysis using a multi-criteria adjustment that helps to consider the number of visitors in an efficient way. |

Fue recorrida hasta los 2800 metros de profundidad, para el uso turístico se recorre 212 metros (ruta seca). El trabajo esta basado en la capacidad de carga turística calculada con metodología Cifuentes y mejorado con el Cálculo de la acogida turística multicriterio CATUM, hallando la capacidad de la carga física CCF, los factores para corrección Fc, capacidad de la carga real CCR, la capacidad del manejo CM y la capacidad para la carga efectiva CCE o llamada capacidad para la carga turística CCT, metodología CATUM para ponderación de factores de corrección con análisis multicriterio y la metodología 3S a tres niveles. Los resultados fueron: CCF= 2692 visitas; Fc= 0.324002; CCR=1323, CCE-Cifuentes= 483 visitantes, CATUM=732 visitantes al día, con una diferencia de 249 visitantes entre ambas metodologías. Se concluye que la metodología CATUM sirve para realizar un análisis integral utilizando un ajuste multicriterio que ayuda a considerar un número de visitantes de forma eficiente.A caverna Huagapo localizada no distrito de Palcamayo, província de Tarma, região de Junín - Peru, a 3.572 m.a.s.l. Foi percorrido até 2.800 metros de profundidade, para uso turístico é percorrido 212 metros (via seca). A pesquisa é baseada na análise da capacidade de carga turística, com a metodologia Cifuentes e aprimorada com o Cálculo da recepção turística multicritério (CATUM), encontrando a capacidade de carga física (CCF), os fatores de correção Fc, a carga real capacidade (CCR), capacidade de manuseio (CM) e capacidade de carga efetiva (CCE) ou a chamada capacidade de carga turística (CCT); Metodologia CATUM para ponderar fatores de correção com análise multicritério e metodologia 3s em três níveis.
