The population of the present research work consisted of 55 workers from the different bodies of the Local Educational Management Unit of Huánuco. 2015. The sample of the present research work was characterized as being non-probabilistic, because it was chosen as director and workers of the Institutional Management Area of ​​the Local Educational Management Unit of Huánuco, for which the sample consisted of 24 workers who work in the Institutional Management Area and in the Pedagogical Management Area of ​​the Local Educational Management Unit of Huánuco. The results arrived at in the present investigation show that the Management Model of the Quintet significantly influences the work performance of the workers of the Local Educational Management Unit of Huánuco, with a level of significance of C = 5% = 0.05, then α = 0 , 05; then 1 - 0.05 = 0.95 = 1 - α, which allows us to state that the hypothesis was tested with 95% reliability and an error of 5%. The conclusion reached was: The application of the theoretical and practical foundations of the Management Model of the Quintet, contribute effectively in the management of the work performance of the workers of the Local Educational Management Unit of Huánuco.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la influencia del Modelo Gerencial del Quinteto en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Huánuco. El tipo de investigación fue evaluativa. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental. La población del presente trabajo de investigación estuvo conformada por 55 trabajadores de los diferentes órganos de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Huánuco. 2015. La muestra del presente trabajo de investigación se caracterizó por ser no probabilística, en razón de que se escogió a Director y trabajadores del Área de Gestión Institucional de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Huánuco, por lo que la muestra estuvo conformado por 24 trabajadores que laboran en el Área de Gestión Institucional y en el Área de Gestión Pedagógica de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Huánuco. Los resultados llegados en la presente investigación demuestran que el Modelo Gerencial del Quinteto influye significativamente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Huánuco, con un nivel de significación de C = 5% = 0.05, entonces α= 0,05; luego 1 – 0.05 = 0,95 = 1 - α, que nos permite afirmar que la hipótesis se probó con el 95% de confiabilidad y un error de 5%.
