This research paper entitled “ Evaluation of two production systems performance Peach “ was held in the District of Mills belonging to the Province and Department of Huánuco Pachitea “ The overall study was to evaluate the changes obtained in the production of peach with the adoption of organic maturing on cultivation practice versus traditional synthetic composting and specific objectives 1) To assess the organic composting versus traditional composting, to determine their influence on the quality of harvested peach (size, weight, diameter and flavor of the fruit, etc. ..) and 2 ) evaluate the composting organic versus traditional composting to determine their influence on production volume obtained . This number , weight and the average diameter of the fruits grown with organic fertilizer trees , grown with synthetic and trees that are not grown with no fertilizer and we were served as control fertilizer and evaluated then subjected material harvested the fruits of this research to a test to determine your taste palatability . The synthetic composting system was the highest performance obtained in the number and volume of production of peaches , but organic fertilizing system obtained the peach was heavier and larger diameter and better tasting peaches.
