Information was collected on logistics strategies with a Likert-type survey in 2018: postponement, internal logistics integration, external logistics integration and proactive logistics, and on logistics performance: lead time, logistics cost, stock-out and customer satisfaction. Econometric methods were used to test the hypotheses. Results. Postponement reduces lead time and logistics cost, but does not influence stock-out or customer satisfaction. Internal logistics integration decreases lead time, logistics cost and stock-out and increases customer satisfaction. External logistics integration decreases lead time, logistics cost and stock-out and improves customer satisfaction. Proactive logistics does not influence lead time, decreases logistics cost and stock-out, and increases customer satisfaction. Conclusion. Logistics strategy influences the performance of companies. This effect could be explained not so much by the structured application of logistics strategies, but because the survey included elements of logistics strategies and because these companies, being members of a cluster, cooperate and coordinate. |

Identificar si las estrategias logísticas influyen en el desempeño de las empresas productoras de muebles de Villa El Salvador. Métodos. El estudio fue desarollado bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, en un nivel explicativo. Se recogió la información de las estrategias logísticas con una encuesta tipo Likert, en el año 2018: posposición, integración logística interna, integración logística externa y logística proactiva y del desempeño logístico: lead time, costo logístico, stock-out y satisfacción del cliente. Fueron empleados métodos econométricos para probar las hipótesis planteadas. Resultados. La posposicion reduce el lead time y el costo logístico, pero no influye en el stock-out, ni en la satisfacción del cliente. La integración logística interna disminuye el lead time, el costo logístico y el stock-out y aumenta la satisfacción del cliente. La integración logística externa disminuye el lead time, el costo logístico y el stock-out y mejora la satisfacción del cliente. La logística proactiva no influye en el lead time, disminuye el costo logístico y el stock-out, y aumenta la satisfacción del cliente. Conclusión. La estrategia logística influye en el desempeño de las empresas. Este efecto se explicaría no tanto por la aplicación estructurada de las estrategias logísticas, sino porque la encuesta incluyó elementos de las estrategias logísticas y porque estas empresas, al ser miembros de un cluster, cooperan y coordinan. RESUMO Mirar. Identificar as estratégias logísticas que influenciam o desempenho das empresas moveleiras de Villa el Salvador. métodos. É uma pesquisa quantitativa e explicativa. As informações foram coletadas com uma pesquisa Likert em 2018, das estratégias logísticas: Adiamento, Integração logística interna, Integração logística externa e Logística proativa e desempenho logístico: lead time, custo logístico, ruptura de estoque e satisfação do cliente, utilizados métodos econométricos para testar as hipóteses. Resultados. O adiamento reduz o lead time e o custo logístico, mas não influencia a falta de estoque ou a satisfação do cliente. A integração da logística interna diminui o lead time, o custo logístico e a falta de estoque e aumenta a satisfação do cliente. A integração logística externa diminui o tempo de entrega, o custo logístico e a falta de estoque e melhora a satisfação do cliente. A logística proativa não influencia o lead time e diminui o custo logístico e a falta de estoque e aumenta a satisfação do cliente. Conclusão. Os resultados, em grande parte, estariam mostrando o que ocorre na realidade, o que se explica porque os elementos de estratégias logísticas foram contemplados na pesquisa Likert e não tanto em sua gestão estruturada.
