The present work was carried out considering the problem: How does the organizational climate influence the Burnout syndrome of health personnel working at the Surgical and Central Sterilization Center, Hermilio Valdizan Medrano Huánuco 2015 Regional Hospital? The goal was to establish the influence of the organizational climate on the Burnout syndrome of health personnel working at the Surgical and Central Sterilization Center, Hermilio Valdizan Medrano Huánuco Regional Hospital 2015. It belonged to an observational, cross-sectional, and analytical study, due to bivariate analysis was used. The population was 35 professionals. The instruments used were: data col-lection and questionnaire, validated by an expert judgement of five. At the end of the investigation showed that the organizational climate related to self-realization, labor involvement supervision, communication, working conditions and in general the organizational climate. has significant influence on Burnout syndrome. The difficulty in this work was economic, since it was self-financed in its entirety by the author.Teniendo en cuenta que el estrés forma parte de nuestra vida cotidiana afectando tanto a la salud y al bienestar personal como a la satisfacción laboral y colectiva se ejecutó el presente trabajo planteándose el problema: ¿Cómo influye el clima organizacional en el síndrome de Burnout del personal de salud que labora en Centro Quirúrgico y Central de Esterilización, Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Huánuco 2015? Cuyo objetivo fue establecer la influencia del clima organizacional en el síndrome de Burnout del personal de salud que labora en Centro Quirúrgico y Central de Esterilización, Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Huánuco 2015. Correspondió a un estudio observacional, prospectiva transversal, y analítico, debido a que se empleó el análisis bivariado La población estuvo compuesta por 35 profesionales que laboran, los instrumentos empleados fueron: recolección de datos y cuestionario, validados por un juicio de cinco expertos al concluir la investigación se demostró que el clima organizacional relacionado a autorrealización, involucramiento laboral supervisión, comunicación, condiciones laborales y en general el clima organizacional posee infuuencia significativa en el síndrome de Burnout,.
