Descripción
Sumario:Faced with the risk of a possible contagion, generated by COVID -19, authorities around the world ordered the immediate and mandatory closure of colleges and universities and the transfer of face-to-face teaching to emergency remote mode in almost the entire world. However, despite the uncertainty and challenge that this measure could have been, the virtualization of education allowed collaborative work and the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and strategies between diverse educational institutions. In this sense, the article proposes reflexive proposals in relation to how virtual teaching should be approached. These measures emphasize the necessary work of tutoring and accompaniment of the teacher, the need to use interactive strategies, empathy, emotional development, the promotion of values, among others.
