Se ha tratado de conocer sus respuestas y los componentes de sus particulares resiliencias, así como los recursos endógenos y exógenos con los que afrontaron sus estados de incertidumbre personales y organizacionales. Se atiende, asimismo, a los marcos de las crisis contextuales –de naturalezas diferentes– en las que se tuvieron que gestionar las empresas analizando las capacidades estructurales y coyunturales para dar respuesta desde sus mandos gerenciales.Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina2024-06-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdftext/htmlhttps://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/214110.21704/rtn.v18i1.2141Tierra Nuestra; Vol. 18 No. 1 (2024): January to June; 83-97Tierra Nuestra; Vol. 18 Núm. 1 (2024): Enero a Junio; 83-972519-738X1818-4103reponame:Revistas - Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molinainstname:Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molinainstacron:UNALMspahttps://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/2141/2999https://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/2141/3000Derechos de autor 2024 Andrés Ávila Carrasco, Alberto Miralles Martínez, Fernando Paul Cerón Valenciahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:revistas.lamolina.edu.pe:article/21412025-04-03T14:16:13Z
