" .Con el inicio del siglo XXI se han producido cambios acelerados y profundos en la sociedad y esto ha llevado a proponer nuevas teorías y prácticas educativas. En palabras de Marino Latorre, director de la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Marcelino Champagnat, “cuando el contexto cambia, todo cambia; cambia la sociedad, cambian las relaciones entre personas, las necesidades humanas, etc. y todo esto implica a la educación.
