The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument was the CEMEDEPU questionnaire, which is made up of 48 items and 3 dimensions. Results: It was observed that of 100% (166) of the respondents, 42.6% (72) of the participants report a good teaching performance, followed by 36.1% (61) report a regular performance, 18 .3% (31) reported a very good performance and only 1.2% (2) reported poor performance. Regarding the dimensions, the good level stood out in the dimension focused on teaching with 47.9% (n=81). Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a good teaching performance by the nursing faculty. Keywords: Performance; Nursing Teachers; Nursing students (Source: DeCS).  Objetivo: Determinar el desempeño docente percibido por los estudiantes de enfermería en una universidad nacional del Callao – 2020. Materiales y métodos: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal, de diseño no experimental. Se contó con una muestra de 166 estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional del Callao. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario CEMEDEPU, el cual está conformado por 48 Ítems y 3 dimensiones. Resultados: Se pudo observar que del 100% (166) de los encuestados, un 42,6% (72) de los participantes refieren un buen desempeño docente, seguido de un 36,1% (61) refieren un desempeño regular, un 18,3% (31) refieren un muy buen desempeño y solo 1,2% (2) refirieron un desempeño deficiente. Respecto a las dimensiones se destacó el nivel bueno en la dimensión centrado en la enseñanza con un 47,9% (n=81).
