Sumario:Objective: To determine the teaching performance perceived by nursing students at a national university in Callao - 2020 Material and method: The study has a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach, with a non-experimental design. There was a sample of 166 nursing students from the National University of Callao. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument was the CEMEDEPU questionnaire, which is made up of 48 items and 3 dimensions. Results: It was observed that of 100% (166) of the respondents, 42.6% (72) of the participants report a good teaching performance, followed by 36.1% (61) report a regular performance, 18 .3% (31) reported a very good performance and only 1.2% (2) reported poor performance. Regarding the dimensions, the good level stood out in the dimension focused on teaching with 47.9% (n=81). Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a good teaching performance by the nursing faculty. Keywords: Performance; Nursing Teachers; Nursing students (Source: DeCS).
