El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario creado y validado mediante juicio de expertos a través de la prueba binomial con un valor de 0,04 y confiable mediante la prueba de Kuder Richardson con un valor de 0,79. Resultado: Se pudo observar que del 100% (215) de los adolescentes encuestados, un 59,5% (128) tenían conocimiento alto sobre la salud sexual y reproductiva, seguido de un 26% (56) con un nivel de conocimiento medio y un 14,5% (31) presentaron un nivel de conocimiento bajo. Conclusiones: Se concluye que la mayoría de adolescente posee buenos conocimientos en salud sexual y reproductiva dentro de una institución educativa de Lima-Perú.Objective: Determine the level of knowledge in sexual and reproductive health in adolescents from an educational institution Lima-Peru 2020. Materials and methods: Quantitative, descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional study, the sample consisted of 215 adolescents from 1st to 5th grade of secondary school enrolled during the year 2020 in an educational institution in Lima - Peru. The instrument used was a questionnaire created and validated through expert judgment through the binomial test with a value of 0.04 and reliable through the Kuder Richardson test with a value of 0.79. Result: It was possible to observe that of 100% (215) of the adolescents surveyed, 59.5% (128) had high knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, followed by 26% (56) with a medium level of knowledge and 14.5% (31) presented a low level of knowledge.
