In this context, the study aimed to evaluate and mitigate disergonomic risks related to the activities of loading and unloading metallic structures for electrical transmission lines. Initially, the research identified discomfort zones using the Corlett and Bishop diagram, followed by the classification of postures through the REBA method. Subsequently, risk levels were quantified using Ergonautas software, and finally, improvement actions were formulated and implemented to mitigate the identified risks. The results revealed prevalent discomfort in the lumbar, dorsal, and right foot regions. Additionally, the intervention measures reported a significant reduction in “very high”, “high”, and “medium” risk levels by 44 %, 7 %, and 6 %, respectively.La energía eléctrica es un commodity fundamental para la sociedad. Sin embargo, la instalación y el montaje de la infraestructura para su generación y distribución plantean desafíos ergonómicos intricados para los trabajadores. En este contexto, el objetivo del estudio fue evaluar y mitigar los riesgos disergonómicos relacionados con las actividades de carga y descarga de estructuras metálicas de líneas de transmisión de electricidad. La investigación identificó inicialmente las zonas de incomodidad mediante el diagrama de Corlett y Bishop, seguido por la clasificación de posturas a través del método REBA. Posteriormente, los niveles de riesgo se cuantificaron utilizando el software Ergonautas y, finalmente, se formularon e implementaron acciones de mejora para mitigar los riesgos identificados. Los resultados revelaron incomodidad prevalente en las regiones lumbar, dorsal y pie derecho.
