The objective of the research is to analyze the fuel reception, storage, and delivery process in a Cuban fuel distribution company. The methodology is descriptive and quantitative, with a systematic approach to assess the potential impacts of solutions on stakeholders, based on a bibliographic study, as well as an analysis using the General Problem-Solving Method. As a result of the investigation, non-compliance with the temperature parameters required by customers was detected, since the pipes lack the necessary coating to maintain temperature. Based on the deficiencies identified in the process, a set of actions is proposed, focusing on the replacement, repair, and installation of equipment, as well as ensuring the logistical supply of spare parts.Las demoras en la descarga y recepción de combustibles por baja capacidad logística e infraestructura generan cuellos de botella y afectan la distribución del crudo. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el proceso de recepción, almacenaje y entrega de combustibles en una comercializadora de combustibles cubana. La metodología es cuantitativa descriptiva, con un enfoque sistemático para analizar las posibles repercusiones de las soluciones en las partes interesadas, a partir de un estudio bibliográfico, al igual que un análisis a través del método general de solución de problemas. Como resultado de la investigación, se detecta el incumplimiento de los parámetros de temperatura exigidos por los clientes, ya que los tubos no cuentan con el recubrimiento necesario para mantener la temperatura.
