Furthermore, the author shows how other countries are dealing with the situation and presents gender perspective proposals in order to overcome the pandemic and generate a positive change regarding the unequal relations between men and women.A través del presente artículo la autora realiza un análisis respecto a la relación que existe entre la pandemia por la COVID-19 y la violencia de género, siendo, en ambos casos, las más afectadas las mujeres de todas las edades y niveles socioeconómicos. Asimismo, se muestra cómo la situación viene siendo manejada en otros países y se plantean propuestas con enfoque de género para superar la pandemia y generar un cambio positivo respecto a las desiguales relaciones entre varones y mujeres.Universidad de Lima.
