Su obra, la Nueva Crónica y Buen Gobierno, se sitúa así al inicio del contacto entre los pueblos andinos y Occidente, mostrando frecuentemente y en todos los niveles una marcada dualidad; es ese aspecto dual el que deseo comentar con el fin de determinar las formas que toma, el carácter de la aculturación, su diversidad y sus consecuencias.Universidad de Lima.
