The methodology included data collection, supply chain analysis, logistics evaluation, management, review of warehouse logistic indicators, and the SCOR model’s implementation at three process levels (superior, configuration, and elements), each evaluated by key performance indicators. Each indicator was divided into performance attributes (flexibility, assets, speed of service, reliability in compliance, and costs). The DNA Logistik tool was applied to detect the maturity level and risk of logistics operations. As a result, the relevance of five logistics functions in the supply chain (supply, production, storage, transportation, and omnichannel sales) was identified. In addition, the results were compared with 326 records of other SMEs in DNA Logistik in the retail sector.La presente investigación estudia una pyme mexicana, dedicada a la fabricación de productos de limpieza ecológicos y de cuidado personal, con un enfoque logístico que permita analizar su cadena de suministro e identificar áreas de oportunidad. La metodología incluyó la recolección de datos, el análisis de la cadena de suministro, la evaluación logística, la revisión de indicadores logísticos de gestión y almacén, así como la implementación del modelo SCOR interpretado en tres niveles de procesos (superior, configuración y de elementos), cada uno evaluado por indicadores clave de desempeño. Cada indicador fue dividido en atributos de rendimiento (flexibilidad, activos, velocidad de atención, fiabilidad en cuestión de cumplimiento y costos). Se aplicó la herramienta DNA Logistik con el propósito de detectar el nivel de madurez y riesgo de las operaciones logísticas.
