Objective. An applicative, observational, transversal, retro-prospective and analytical study was carried out. the sampling was randomly stratified, with a sample of 201 students in grades 3-5 of secundary school. the instruments used were the sexual and reproductive health knowledge questionnaire and the sexual and reproductive health attitude scale. to test the hypothesis, he student t test was used, with which the effectiveness of the sexual and reproductive health promotion programme was evaluated. Results. There were statistically significant differences in the average of the pre-test scores regarding the post-test ones on the evaluation of sexual and reproductive health knowledge (t= 14,254 and p= 0,000). it was also found that there are statistically significant differences in the average of the scores obtained in the pre test regarding the post one on the evaluation of attitudes towards sexual and reproductive health (t= 6,045 and p= 0,000). Conclusion. The sexual and reproductive health promotion programme was effective in improving knowledge and changing attitudes among students at the milagro de fatima educational institution. |

Determinar la efectividad del programa de promoción de la salud sexual y reproductiva para mejorar los conocimientos y cambiar las actitudes en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Milagro de Fátima de Huánuco, 2018. Métodos. Se realizó un estudio de nivel aplicativo, observacional, transversal y analítico. El muestreo fue aleatorio estratificado, con una muestra de 201 estudiantes del tercer al quinto grado de secundaria. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario de conocimientos sobre la salud sexual reproductiva y la escala de actitudes frente a la misma. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis se utilizó la prueba t de Student, con la cual se evaluó la efectividad del programa de promoción de la salud sexual y reproductiva. Resultados. Existieron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en el promedio de los puntajes obtenidos en el pretest respecto al postest sobre la evaluación del conocimiento de la salud sexual y reproductiva (t= 14,254 y p= 0,000). Asimismo, se comprobó que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en el promedio de los puntajes obtenidos en el pretest respecto al postest sobre la evaluación de las actitudes frente a la salud sexual y reproductiva (t= 6,045 y p= 0,000). Conclusión. El programa de promoción de la salud sexual y reproductiva fue efectiva en la mejora de los conocimientos y el cambio de actitudes en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Milagro de Fátima en Huánuco, Perú.Objetivo. Determinar a eficácia do programa de promoção da saúde sexual e reprodutiva para melhorar o conhecimento e mudar atitudes nos estudantes do Instituto Educacional Milagro de Fátima, em Huánuco, 2018. Métodos. Foi realizado um estudo aplicado, observacional, transversal e analítico. A amostragem foi estratificada aleatoriamente, com uma amostra de 201 alunos da terceira à quinta série do ensino médio. Os instrumentos utilizados foram o questionário de conhecimento sobre saúde sexual reprodutiva e a escala de atitudes em relação a ela. O teste t do estudante foi usado para testar a hipótese e avaliar a eficácia do programa de promoção da saúde sexual e reprodutiva. Resultados. Houve diferenças estatisticamente significativas nas notas médias obtidas no pré-teste em relação ao pós-teste sobre a avaliação do conhecimento em saúde sexual e reprodutiva (t= 14,254 e p= 0,000). Da mesma forma, foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas nas notas médias obtidas no pré-teste em relação ao pós-teste de avaliação de atitudes em relação à saúde sexual e reprodutiva (t= 6,045 e p= 0,000). Conclusão.
