This was a quantitative study with a simple descriptive, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 713 students, with a probabilistic sample of 250. A validated academic satisfaction scale and an online survey technique were used for data collection, followed by descriptive statistical analysis. Results. A total of 89.2% of students reported satisfaction with the virtual modality. Among the dimensions evaluated, technological acceptance achieved 86.1% satisfaction, and personal achievements reached 87.6%. Additionally, 70.9% positively evaluated university support services. However, 10.8% of students expressed dissatisfaction, primarily due to connectivity issues and the quality of certain support services, which negatively impacted their academic experience. Conclusion. Most students perceived high satisfaction with virtual learning, highlighting the accessibility and usefulness of technological tools. Areas of dissatisfaction underscore the need to improve connectivity and some support services, which are essential to optimizing virtual education in the university context.

Evaluar la satisfacción académica por la modalidad virtual, implementada durante el contexto de la pandemia por la COVID-19, percibida por estudiantes del Programa de Enfermería de la Universidad de Huánuco (Perú), en el 2021, identificando áreas de satisfacción y aspectos a mejorar, especialmente en la accesibilidad tecnológica y la calidad de los servicios de apoyo. Métodos. Fue un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño de tipo descriptivo simple y transversal. La población incluyó 713 estudiantes, con una muestra probabilística de 250. Se empleó una escala validada de satisfacción académica y la técnica de encuesta online, con análisis estadístico descriptivo. Resultados. Un 89,2 % de estudiantes percibieron satisfacción con la modalidad virtual. Entre las dimensiones, la aceptación tecnológica alcanzó un 86,1 % de satisfacción y los logros personales un 87,6 %. Además, el 70,9 % valoró positivamente los servicios universitarios. Sin embargo, un 10,8 % percibió insatisfacción, principalmente debido a problemas de conectividad y a la calidad de ciertos servicios de apoyo, lo cual afectó su experiencia académica. Conclusión. La mayoría de los estudiantes percibieron una alta satisfacción con la enseñanza en la modalidad virtual, destacando la accesibilidad y utilidad de las herramientas tecnológicas.
