The hypothetical deductive method was used, based on a non-experimental, cross-section quantitative design approach. The technique used was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, which was applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 144 teachers of initial, primary and secondary. The results allowed to determine the significant correlation, with a significance of 0.644*.La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación del liderazgo eficaz con el clima organizacional de las instituciones educativas del distrito de La Victoria-Lima. Se empleó el método hipotético deductivo, basado en un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, el cual fue aplicado a una muestra no probabilística de 144 docentes de inicial, primaria y secundaria.
