In this sense, the research was carried out by obtaining 109 data as a sample, in the same way after the bibliographic review it was concluded that there was no instrument applicable to this type of organizations, which is why a questionnaire was constructed, it was submitted to the KMO test, peer evaluation and reliability, for later application. The results showed that the institute effectively has old infrastructure, a lack of equipment and technology, there is no dissemination of technical careers in the demanding market, there is a lack of attention from teachers in the teaching-learning and tutoring processes, on the other hand, research is not carried out due to lack of resources, finally the institutional image is good for both society and companies.Los institutos tecnológicos superior (ITS) públicos son de gran importancia en la formación de técnicos que demandan las empresas, sin embargo, el Estado viene realizando el esfuerzo por elevar los estándares de calidad en educación, desde luego esta situación genera descontento básicamente por los docentes, porque tienen que adecuarse a una nueva forma de enseñanza y aplicar la tecnología en el dictado de sus asignaturas, mientras que los alumnos tienen una opinión opuesta. En tal sentido se realizó la investigación bajo el obteniendo 109 datos como muestra, de la misma forma después de la revisión bibliográfica se concluyó que no existía un instrumento aplicable a este tipo de organizaciones razón por la cual se construyó un cuestionario, se sometió a la prueba KMO, evaluación de pares y confiabilidad, para su posterior aplicación.
